Healing Isn’t Linear—And That’s Okay
Healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s more like a dance—two steps forward, one step back, a stumble, a spin, and sometimes a complete pause. And still… it’s progress.
Some days you’ll feel lighter, hopeful, even proud of how far you’ve come.
Other days, old wounds will sting like they just reopened. You might catch yourself falling into familiar patterns and wonder, “Did I undo all my work?”
No, you didn’t.
That’s just how healing feels sometimes—messy, non-linear, human.
Growth isn’t always visible.
Just because you cried today doesn’t mean you’re not strong.
Just because you struggled doesn’t mean you’re not healing.
Just because you’re not “there” yet doesn’t mean you’re not getting closer.
Honor the small wins.
Rest when needed.
And remember: loops don’t mean you’re lost—they’re just life’s way of letting you learn deeper the second time around.
